If purchasing a reading please you must read the terms and conditions stated below and by purchasing a reading you are agreeing to the terms and conditions fully.I will connect to your energy and loved one’s energy, best I can. I can not guarantee that I’ll be able to get in full contact with who you are wanting to connect with. You are paying for my time and energy put towards that effort to connect you to them. I will use all my senses to connect to your energy and energy around you.
These readings are for entertainment purposes only. All information and/or advice was/is given to you by Jessica Potter is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. Jessica Potter will not accept responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by anyone based on consultations or communications with her or based upon the information contained within this website. Mediumship Readings are readings where Jessica attempts to connect with your loved ones who have crossed over. I will try to provide specific details from your loved ones on the other side, in addition to bringing through messages and from them. It’s not guaranteed I will connect with the loved one you’re hoping to get in contact with.
Psychic Readings are readings where Jessica connects to your Spirit Guides and delivers messages on things going on in your energy. For example areas of health, love, romance, business, etc.

24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy
*If you need to cancel please call or text office line at #703-829-6119 or email starloveclarity@yahoo.com Online/Phone readings only*
Rescheduling and cancellations prior to 24 hours before the session time will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the session will be charged the full amount of the session. Exceptions; events, private parties, gallery readings, etc.
It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. No shows will not be refunded.
Jessica Potter/Star Love Clarity LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I reserve the right to cancel appointments within 12 hours if an emergency situation may arise. In this situation will receive a full refund be returned to the purchaser or reschedule your appointment.
Starlove Membership Terms and Conditions:
By joining Starlove membership and upon payment you are in agreement with all requirements stated below any violation is terms for removal.

- All content is copyright and owned by its creator/ instructor/ members
- All material, videos, Ideas, practices can not be shared or downloaded
- Respect other members beliefs, views, and privacy at all times
- No belittling or mocking members, admins, or moderators
- No sharing any content unless you have permission from Jessica Potter
Changing membership status: You may downgrade or upgrade your membership at any time.
Cancellations or refunds: You can cancel your membership at any time by writing starloveclarity@yahoo.com. Refunds will not be granted for previous payments. All future payments will be discontinued upon email being received.
Copyright policy:
By purchasing this membership you agree to hold all material, texts, posts, content, ideas, and readings private and contained within it’s group. You are in a binding agreement to not share content outside unless you have consent from Jessica Potter. You agree to not copy any text, content, ideas, or posts and share as your own. Any member sharing or taking content to their own groups, pages, or outside the group will be banned. Violation of terms will be grounds for removal.
This is to protect the privacy, time, effort, and creativity of all instructors, teachers, and members in the group. These groups were created to give those looking to expand and grow a safe place to do so. We want this group to be a place where all can be vulnerable and help each other grow through sharing their experiences. This space was designed for an even energetic exchange to place among all members and instructors.
Starlove missing person group Terms and Conditions
Copyright policy is the same as stated above. By being a member of Starlove Missing persons training you are in agreement with holding these cases private. Training and practices may not be shared or openly shown to the public out of respect to the victims, their families, and law enforcement working these cases. These cases are shared for the purpose of training only. These are real cases involving real lives that are being used to help others further develop to work these cases in a professional manner. Any disrespect shown to instructors, members, or cases will be grounds for removal. These cases are not to be used for your personal benefit or in any inappropriate fashion if found doing so you will be removed. Subjects and material taught within this group need to stay protected for all involved in the case. Identity’s need to be concealed for all parties involved. This group is for serious and mature members only that will uphold the morals required to work missing persons and cold cases. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in this group. Event Terms and Conditions
The purchase of Reading, any ticket, Ghost hunt, Overnight Ghost Hunt, Gallery Reading, Tour, or Class signifies that you agree to and will abide by the following terms and conditions:
Jessica Potter/Star Love Clarity LLC Events will connect to your energy and the Spirit(s) of your loved one(s) to the best of our abilities. However, there is no guarantee that every spirit at that very moment is ready to interact at that specific moment, nor can we guarantee to be able to make contact with a specific person whom you wish to connect with. You are paying for our time and energy put towards that effort to connect with your loved ones. Jessica will use all of her senses to connect to your energy and the energy that surrounds you.

All events require legal identification with admission for proof of identity.
Rules for Gallery Reading:
Please understand that I can not control Spirits or those that may come forward. I/ Jessica Potter will try our best to reach everyone, although there is no guarantee all in attendance will be read. It is an absolute must that everyone is respectful of Jessica Potter and all attendees seeking answers and messages from their loved ones. You may be asked to leave at any time during the event if you are found being disrespectful to attendees and/or staff.
Rules for Classes/ Online courses:
I ask that you come with an open heart and mind. We will not tolerate any belittling, insulting or mocking of teachers or students. You will be removed from the event you are being disrespectful. All material is copyright protected and belongs to Star love clarity LLC. We ask that you do not share any content without consent from Jessica Potter. Doing so without consent is grounds for having your student profile terminated. This includes audio, video, or photographic recordings of Jessica or events in which they take part.
Any and all audio, video, or photographic recordings must be pre-approved by Jessica Potter. No unauthorized sharing or distribution of Star love claritys’ property, to include digitized classes, is allowed without prior consent of Jessica Potter. Your student profile will be closed down if you are found sharing material, content or any footage without consent due to violating Star Love Clarity LLC copyrights. Your student profile will be closed if found mocking, insulting or using any material in an inappropriate manner.
Online Courses
Online courses are available to watch for a year unless you violate our terms and conditions stated below. Courses do not expire unless you are inactive for more than 6 months, disrespect of an admin, teacher or moderator, or violating copyrights. Star love clarity LLC have the right to remove any student we feel violated our terms and conditions at any time during the course. If you wish to have your profile reactivated you must contact Jessica Potter to evaluate your account for reinstatement.
We reserve the right to remove any student at any time. Removal will occur If found to be disrespectful to other students, admins, or moderators, sharing/using copyright materials, sharing/using materials or practices without consent, improper use of materials, or fraudulent in your reasoning for taking the course. You will be removed if found sharing content under false pretenses. In these circumstances we have the right to deny access to students at anytime without notice or a refund granted. You will not have access to the course, course materials, class group if found guilty of fraudulent activity.

Blocking of an Admin/Instructor is bound for removal. It will not be tolerated and you will lose access to the course and class Facebook group.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be granted after 2 weeks after payment or 2 weeks into the beginning of a course.You will only have 2 weeks from the start of the course to request a full refund upon being dissatisfied with the course. Any time past the two week mark refunds will not be granted.
Rules for Ghost Hunting:
You must always remain in your assigned group.
Any disrespect to staff, volunteers, guides, or attendees will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the event without a refund. Damaging, stealing, marking or disrespecting items on location and property is grounds for immediate removal without refund. Always remain respectful to other guests and their Ghost Hunt Experience. We ask that you do not share any evidence caught by another individual claiming it as your own. You must ask permission and give credit to their findings. You must always be respectful to the antiques and the structures during these Ghost Hunts. Do not do anything that can or will cause damage or injury to another attendee or staff. If you are disrespectful you will be asked to leave without a refund and will be escorted off the property.
Please be prepared for any weather conditions and plan accordingly. We may venture outdoors or have the AC or Heat turned off during the investigation to avoid tainting any evidence. There may be harmful obstacles including but not limited to stairs, ramps, stones, lead paint, or sharp objects, so please be cautious and aware at all times. Your health and safety is our top priority, so please be considerate of all factors.
- No violence of any kind will be allowed.
- No weapons are allowed on the property.
- No alcohol/drug use in the building or on the property.
- Only smoke in designated smoking areas.
- You will be removed or escorted off the property if you do not abide by the rules.
Additional Rules for the VIP overnight Ghost Hunt:
You will remain observant and safe during your individual explorations. You will not be loud or disturb other guests, fellow hunters or staff. No damage to the property will be tolerated. You will be respectful of the property on site, structures, land, and property or you will be asked to leave without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to property or equipment on site.
Soulstar Mediums may retire to quarters or hotel by 3 AM. You will respect their privacy and not enter their area or tamper with their property in any way. Failure to respect the private quarters of the Mediums will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. We ask that you do not ask the Mediums for a reading during your Ghost Hunt. If you would like a private reading please book with the Medium Jessica Potter at a time designated to an Individual reading or through their respective websites.
If attending any Jessica Potter/Star love clarity Event you agree to be respectful at all times to staff and other attendees. If for any reason you break one of the rules you may be asked at any time to leave without a refund. We have the right to cancel the reservation for or remove any person/persons for any reason we see fit.
You understand that you have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions to do with these terms before your Reading, Event, or Class. You fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement by purchasing a service or ticket.
Ticket Cancellation policy:
On the rare occasion Soulstar Mediums has to cancel an event; if there is a cancellation before your event, full refunds will be given on all events impacted by the cancellation.
If you must cancel your ticket
- All event cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable.
- Full Refunds will be granted up to 35 days prior to the start of an event.
- Cancellations made 15-34 days prior to a program will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund.
We appreciate you taking part in an Event, Class, Or Reading with Jessica Potter of Star love clarity LLC. I want to make all our Classes, Events and Readings enjoyable for everyone and held in the highest regard. We appreciate our Clients very much and do our best to keep it a fun lively experience for all involved. Thank you for your understanding.
