Now that we conquered 2019 and all that came with it let’s prep for 2020.
As you know 2019 was intense many are still healing myself included. Tonight I’m going to do a ritual to help process, release and create space for 2020. I’m sharing here for those who want to take a moment to reflect and do the same.
Step 1 Cleansing:
Start my cleansing yourself first either by shower, bath, or just washing your hands. Visualize you are releasing the pain, emotions, stagnant energy still on you from this past year.
Step 2: Reflection
Start with reflecting and thinking back on 2019. The highs and the lows. The lessons learned, the heartaches, and the painful moments. I want you to take any harsh emotions, feelings that rise from reflecting through everything that happened this past year, bringing them to the surface. If you feel like crying then cry, allow yourself to feel all that comes up and release it.
Now imagine you are taking all of the things tied to those emotions and all that is no longer serving you, your mind, and your body. Toss them into an ocean and watch the waves carry them away. Then go into the laughter, the good moments, and the happiness you had in 2019. Give thanks for those experiences and pull in the lighter energy tied to those emotions. Tell yourself that 2020 will have more moments like these by saying this affirmation “I will walk into 2020 with a light heart. I have a wonderful year ahead. I will have a year filled with happiness and love. I am light. I am love. I am blessed. I am at peace.”
Step 3 Calling in your Angels and Spirit team
Call in your Angels to help you transition your energy and Aura into a light energy free from heavy emotions. Ask your guides to help you release 2019 and open up space for 2020. Focus on 3 things you want to achieve in 2020. Then I want you to pick out any crystals you feel drawn to at this moment before you settle in to meditate.
Step 4: Meditation
Go into a comfy place to meditate. In meditation start with having gratitude for the lessons and growth made in 2019. Then go into meditation asking for guidance on how to start shifting your energy to match 3 things you are wanting to achieve in 2020. Sit with any information, visions, thoughts, and energy they send you. Allow yourself to just be and see what they bring and show you.
Part 2 of meditation:
Then I want you to imagine you are taking all the things that you are no longer carrying into 2020 like guilt, sadness around a situation, money issues, health issues, bad habits, or anything else that comes to mind. Any and everything that comes to your mind that you no longer want to carry into the new year. Now think of the first thing you don’t want to carry into 2020. As an example let’s do smoking cigarettes if you are wanting to quit. Imagine a box where you place the cigarettes, guilt for smoking or any negative emotion tied to it. Maybe even health conditions tied to it. Then you close up the box and tape it up. Then label the box smoking.
For emotional things you are leaving behind lets do an example of emotions left over tied to a relationship/ friendship. Take the hurt, sadness, bad memories, arguments, frustrations, anger, or any other emotion tied to the situation and place it in the box. Then tape the box up and label ex-boyfriend, ex-friend, etc. Now go through this process with all you are wanting to leave behind in 2019 and not carry over.
Imagine you are taking those boxes one by one and stacking them in an old dirty house. One that’s small and cramped. One that is dingy and doesn’t get much sunlight in the windows. Stack the boxes up one by one with each thing labeled. When you are done, I want you to walk outside saying I’m leaving these behind as they no longer serve a purpose in my life. I’m taking the good, the peace, the happiness from the situations/lessons and leaving the energy that is not needed. Go outside the house to bright green grass with the sunlight shining on you. Stretch and feel the lightness on your body from the weight you removed. Feel the white energy float to you from the sun and allow it to fill the space around you.
Now think of your new goals for 2020. Then step into your new house as you have outgrown your old house. Your old house you were sitting in the emotions and darkness of those things that no longer serve you. Your new house has tall ceilings, white walls, marble floors, and large windows that allow a lot of light in. It’s bright, clean, and open with free flowing energy of high vibration to match your intentions. Stand in your new big house soaking in the feeling of that energy.
Step 5: Gratitude
After you finish up meditation I want you to grab a pen and note down any significant things your Angels and Guides showed you. Then I want you to thank your Angels and Guides for showing up and presenting that energy. Then give thanks for the lessons, experiences, and memories of 2019 you are taking with you. Look up any crystals you grabbed and see what they help with and why you felt drawn to grab those exact ones for that meditation.
