How to use:

You use these candles in meditation by setting the intention first of what your goal is. Hold onto that affirmation or intention while lighting the candle. Pray for support from above in that area you’re focused on. When you’re done with meditation or cleansing a space, then you snuff out the flame. You can also use these candles to break ties and energetic connections between you and another. Binding the hemp string between the two on and lighting each candle representing each person. Have the candles on a plate of sea salt and sage. Let them burn to the bottom and the string. This is breaking the connection between to release the energy of what is between. This is good for releasing an old friendship, a break-up when you’re ready to move on, or blocking negative energy directed at you from someone.
